Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products, courses, and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT TERMS

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of adulthood in your state of residence). If you are under the legal age of adulthood, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To access certain features, enroll in courses, or place orders, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, imagery, course descriptions, and details of our products and educational offerings. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or visual representation will be completely accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products, course enrollments, or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or course pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or program at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND BILLING ACCURACY

When you place an order or register for a course, your submission represents an offer to purchase. CSCH reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We must receive and process authorized payment before an order or registration is accepted.

Purchases of products and course enrollments are subject to return, exchange, or drop/cancellation solely in accordance with our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, billing address, and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND SHIPPING

Prices for our products and courses are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless expressly stated.

For physical product shipments, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for carrier shipping delays or events outside our direct control.

All content, course materials, curriculum, text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software available through the Services are the intellectual property of Wild Woman Management Inc. d/b/a Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY CSCH, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS AND COURSES ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO CASE SHALL WILD WOMAN MANAGEMENT INC., COLORADO SCHOOL OF CLINICAL HERBALISM, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

SECTION 9 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Woman Management Inc., Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue for any legal action shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
